1 – A.J Fernández Robusto (Nicaraguan Cigar): The leathery and woody aromas are underscored by creamy chocolate, coconut and a pinch of pepper. Then a fine forest floor scent and spices and a fruity note come through.. and a fine sweetness.

2 – Cohiba Siglo IV (Cuban Cigar): This fine cuban is spicy, with nutty bitter tones . Later it changes to coffee and cedar aromas, with a delicate vanilla sweetness and a light peppery sharpness. Harmonious and balanced.

5 – Vegafina Robusto (Dominican Republic Cigar): The fleeting citrus freshness in the first few draws merges into spice and sweetness, with nutty and roasted aromas. Delicate pepper, a cinnamon sweetness, earthy aromas, and nutmeg come through. Balanced and earthy; super ash!

6 – Robaina Piramides (Cuban Cigar): At the beginning, this Pyramid is spicy, with nutty bitter tones, later, it changes to coffee and cedar aromas, with a delicate vanilla sweetness and a light peppery sharpness.

7 – Joya de Nicaragua Reserva (Nicaraguan Cigar): A delicate sweetness and notes of nuts, leather, chocolate and milk coffee make for a pleasant start. In the second third, the creamy cigar becomes somewhat harsher. It develops a light pepperiness, the scent of bread, spice and sweetness. Lovely draw and balance throughout.

8 – Gurkha Robusto (Dominican Republic Cigar): This magnificent cigar brings out the flavour and aroma of earth, cedar and pepperiness. Medium bodied and a pleasure to be chosen as one of the smoothest new world cigars.

9 – H. Upmann Connoisseur (Cuban Cigar): Abundant earthy aromas combine with underlying cedar and nutty aromas. Very harmonious with a kick of honey, cinnamon and espresso, a must have.

10 – Hoyo de Monterrey Epicure Especial (Cuban Cigar): This exciting cuban cigar presents gentle woody and leather aromas with a slightly sweet spice. It is multilayered and well balanced and blends playfully between spicy and sweet.
